Shipping Policy

The customer is responsible for the shipping costs and safety of return parcels. Please send them to our primary studio:

SHRI Studios, Gujarat

We recommend tracked shipping for all handcrafted items. We cannot issue refunds for goods lost in transit or damaged due to poor packaging during the return journey. Your proof of postage is vital for tracking your claim.

Gifts:

If the item was a gift, we will provide a digital gift card for the equivalent value once the return is processed. This credit can be used for any future artisanal purchase on our store.

If the order was not marked as a gift or was shipped to the purchaser, the refund will be credited back to the original buyer's account.
